KMG Operating Group

The Kintz Group has now organized the KMG Operating Group. The KMG Operating Group is charged with supporting the requirements of KMG's strategic alliances to facilitate the management and operation of the strategic alliance contracts. The KMG Operating Group shall provide the management team required to support the business contracts executed by KMG and The Kintz Group. This methodology provides an avenue to attract and retain key individuals. It is critical the Operating Group provide a creative compensation package to encourage performance and retainage for key individuals. As the strategic alliances and business groups grow, the management group will maximize and lever it’s expertise to increase the potential of millions of dollars of sales on an annual basis.

The KMG Operating Group is constantly developing and expanding staff as our contracts warrant. Presently we have on board:

• CEO (Chief Executive Officer) Jimmy Kintz, the operating manager of KMG serves as the CEO of KMG Operating Group and The Kintz Group.
  
  
• CFO (Chief Financial Officer) position has been recently filled and a formal announcement will follow. However, we can presently announce the CFO onboard has over 25 years of experience in managing companies with annual revenues of $400 million.
  
  
• COO (Chief Operating Officer) KMG is presently in negotiations with a gentleman having over 30 years in managing companies with extensive staffs. The COO will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the KMG Operating Group.
  
  
• Additional Staff will be added, as the requirements of the KMG OPERATING GROUP are needed. The new COO will be responsible for staffing.
